MEET THE TEAM

Emma Harris is a former marketing chief of Eurostar who today works with some of the world’s biggest brands as founder of change consultancy, Glow London. She is also the creator of the Slow The F*ck Down movement, which she launched following a near-death experience in 2022.

Today, Emma is one of the most popular keynote speakers in our industry and, as a Fellow of The Marketing Society and Global Chair of The Marketing Academy Alumni, she’s one of the leading voices shaping modern marketing leadership today. 

Away from work, Emma is mum to four and, quite easily, the worst behaved of us all.

Johnny (JC) has spent 20 years making marketing more effective, efficient and enjoyable for ambitious organisations with killer brands. Working through an eclectic mix of categories covering alcoholic drinks, frozen fish, wall paint, cyber insurance, creative services and (painfully) politics, the thread through all of them is a desire to work with people and organisations who want to make a dent in the world.

Johnny loves helping teams embed brilliant marketing across the business, finding the combination of principles and practices which align businesses ambition with marketing activation. Rarely sighted without a ‘powerful’ shirt Johnny sees infectious brand enthusiasm as a means of inspiring teams beyond marketing, and he practices what he preaches with teams we work with and in the wider industry in his Marketing Week column. Always with some sort of sideline collaboration going on, not to mention 3 children and a cavapoo, JC is a permanent trainee in the subject of work life balance.

Charlotte has spent three decades growing businesses, building teams and connecting the right people. From leading brands at Wolverine Worldwide to founding, growing and selling her own recruitment business, she combines boardroom experience with a sleeves rolled up approach.

At Glow, she turns good conversations into commercial opportunities, opens doors and helps us practise what we preach about relationships. Away from work, she’s mum to four and has a dog called River, so there’s usually someone who needs feeding, collecting or taking for a walk.

Reuben has spent three decades turning brand and customer experience into commercial growth, across travel, hospitality, retail and PE-backed businesses. He's held operational and customer leadership roles at Eurostar, and Chief Marketing Officer roles at Virgin Atlantic, Starbucks EMEA and Haven Holidays.

At Glow he brings that same discipline to our projects: making sure the brand people are promised is the brand people actually experience. Away from work, he's dad to two (older) teenagers who still have him running around answering to their every whim.

Daniela has spent over 20 years in marketing, working with some brilliant brands including Disney, American Express, Eurostar and British Airways. Equally at home on the agency or client side, she’s worked across everything from blockbuster brand partnerships to big TV campaigns, always bringing a passion for great ideas and connecting brands with people.
